Our collective has space for one new roommate! :) A bit about the house: The collective is based in a spacious private house in a cozy corner of Kortedala, right on the edge of a forest. You will live together with 8 people, divided over 3 floors. The house has 2 kitchens, 3 full bathrooms, and a separate toilet. There is plenty of storage space- storage rooms and your own shelf in the kitchen + fridge. Also there is a garage attached to the house which you can use. The rent for the room is 4500 and includes everything! The neighborhood is quiet and relaxed 10 minutes away from the Allhelgona kyrka tramstop, from which it takes about 20 minutes to travel to Brunnsparken. At the tramstop there is also a grocery store. Bonus points: on the back side of the house, you can find a garden, patio, and a terrace. A bit about us: We who live here spend a lot of time together (Hanging out, playing pokemon go/video games, watch shows, and have monthly collective dinners) and have gotten very comfortable with each other. Once in a while, we throw a house party as well. Our ages range from 20’s-30’s, and we are a mix of (mainly) students from different backgrounds and countries. Most of us are creative and queer, so it's important to us that you are open-minded In the house we are also joined by a very sweet cat! If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!
