The house is built in calm area of Täby, North of Stockholm. The house is renovated regularly during last 10 years. The biggest renovation we overtook was in 2022 when complete upper floor was renovated including Kitchen, Bathroom, living room and bedrooms. The Renovation included all kitchen and bathroom appliances, ceiling, wall, floor. The house has 5 bedrooms (or 4 bedroom+1 large office room), 2.5 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 winter garden, 1 entertainment room (Cinema/fireplace/Pingpong table or use it as lounge), small lounge area, storage room and carport storage room. Upper floor has 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living area, small lounge area, large heated winter garden (glass house) and kitchen. The lower floor has 2 bedroom, 1 entertainment room, 1.5 bathroom, Sauna, laundry room, and storage. The background is lush green and front is also fenced for kids and pets. The house has 3 car parking space, large trampoline, Ping-pong table, treadmill, fireplace to have a fun and creative experience for resident. It takes 20-25 mins to reach city center of Stockholm by car. If you chose to take a train then train station is 600 meters away from house.
