The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a building from 2023. It is a modern and cleverly designed space with separate living and sleeping room, a standard-size kitchen, a bathroom and a storage room. The apartment is fully furnished. The layout (design) is indicative but the photographs are genuine. The rent includes hot water, cold water and heating. It does not include telephony, broadband and TV costs. The center of Älvsjö is 7 minutes walk. From there, you can get to Stockholm city center in 10 minutes or to Södermalm even faster. The area has good restaurants, shops, sports facilities, and an English school. It is a privately owned apartment (ägarlägenheter), and we rent long-term.
