Lorensbergsgatan

A nicely furnished room in a large apartment—located next to Avenyn, 750 meters from Chalmers and 600 meters from the University of Gothenburg—is available for rent to a quiet, tidy person with references. ● Monthly rent: 6,700 SEK. ● Security deposit: one month's rent. ● The deposit is refunded upon moving out, provided everything is in order. The rent includes access to a shared kitchen and bathroom, internet, electricity, heating, water, and a laundry room in the basement. Please tell us a little about yourself and why you would like to rent the room. Due to an increasing number of fake profiles, we only respond to inquiries that include references. We only send photos of the room to the people we reply to.
