Hello, I have a room to rent out, It is in a 3 room apartment (plus kitchen and bathroom) situated in Kålltorp in east Gothenburg just next to a recreational forest and lake area, Skatås/Delsjön, and to a tram stop: Kålltorp/Virginsgatan (tramline 3 and 5). The available room is ~15m2 (3 x 4.9 M, including a wardrobe along one wall, 0.6 M) Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Washing facilities in the basement of the building.
