We want to create a welcoming home for people who value nature, freedom, respectful neighbours and a harmonious house community. We especially welcome people who are planning to move to Sweden, as well as those already living here who are looking for a fresh start or a place where they no longer have to do everything alone and can enjoy being part of a friendly community. Having moved to Sweden ourselves, we are happy to share our experience and help new arrivals settle into everyday life here in Småland. 📍Please note: Due to our rural location, owning a car is essential. 📅 We prefer long-term rental agreements (8–18 months). 💰 Rent & included costs Monthly rent: 8,000 SEK The rent includes: • Furnished apartment • Internet (WLAN) • Water and sewage • Waste collection • Shared house infrastructure and common areas Electricity is charged separately according to actual consumption. During the heating season (approximately October–May), additional heating costs apply due to the central pellet heating system.
