The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area. It is only a 5-minute walk to the metro (Green Line), and it takes about 20 minutes to reach T-Centralen. There are several grocery stores nearby, and Vällingby Centrum is just one metro stop away where you can find literally everything. The residential complex offers a shared laundry room, although the apartment is already equipped with its own washing machine and dryer. There is also a bicycle storage room, a private storage unit, and a common room for residents. The complex includes a garden and a playground, making it a pleasant environment for both families and individuals. The apartment has been renovated, and the bathroom was newly refurbished just a few years ago. The room features built-in wardrobes, plenty of drawers for storage, and a practical work desk. The rent includes all costs except electricity. The electricity bill is shared based on usage. My mom is renting out, as she doesn’t need that much space 😊 My mother is 60 years old and is very friendly, open-minded, and easy to communicate with. She works a lot and is therefore not at home very often. You will have plenty of privacy and are welcome to have guests whenever you like. The only rule is that parties are not allowed. My mother does not receive many visitors. A few times a year, family members come to visit. Most often, the visitors are me and my daughter, as we live nearby. When we visit, we usually spend most of our time in her room, so your privacy is respected. --- Lägenheten ligger i ett lugnt och trivsamt område. Det tar bara 5 minuter att gå till tunnelbanan (gröna linjen), och resan till T-Centralen tar cirka 20 minuter. Det finns flera mataffärer i närheten, och Vällingby Centrum ligger bara en tunnelbanestation bort. I bostadsområdet finns en gemensam tvättstuga, även om lägenheten redan är utrustad med egen tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns även cykelrum, förråd och en gemensamhetslokal för de boende. Bost.
