There is a private sauna next to the bathroom, a separate WC by the entrance, generous built-in storage throughout and plenty of room for a desk. The glazed balcony faces southwest and doubles as an extra room from spring well into autumn. Large windows fill the rooms with daylight, and from the 12th floor the view clears the surrounding rooftops — so nobody can see in.
