Access to public transport is excellent: to the metro it's about 300m, to the nearest tram/bus stop about 100m and getting to the central railway station takes about 5-12 minutes. The flat itself is on the upper most floor of the building. The rented room is 22m² and has a balcony and a closet (not furnished otherwise) There is a shared kitchen, a living room and two bathrooms. There are two entry ways into the apartment, one from the street and one from the inner yard. A two months rental deposit is required. Water bill is 20€ per month The Wifi and Electric bills are jointly paid by tenants.
