This apartment is brand new and nobody has lived in it yet, and it is available furnished for stays of a few months and up. A longer tenancy works just as well. Good to know: - Minimum stay 3 months - Deposit two months' rent - Internet included in the rent - Electricity 50 EUR/month, water 25 EUR per person / month - Good transport connections - Parking space available to rent Cooking, eating together and relaxing each have their own generous space, so the rooms do not have to double up. There is a walk-in closet for clothes and plenty of built-in storage in the entrance hall. Windows on three sides keep the rooms bright through the day, and from the entrance hall the view runs straight through the apartment to the outdoors.
