A longer tenancy works just as well. Good to know: - Minimum stay 3 months - Deposit two months' rent - Internet included in the rent - Electricity 50 EUR/month, water 25 EUR per person / month - Good transport connections The open-plan kitchen opens onto the living room and has integrated appliances and quartz worktops. There is a private sauna next to the bathroom and a separate WC by the entrance. With two bedrooms there is plenty of room for a desk as well. The glazed balcony faces northwest and doubles as an extra room from spring well into autumn. As a corner apartment it has larger than usual windows on two sides, and cast-in-place concrete floors give it a higher ceiling and better sound insulation than usual. The building has a club room, a laundry room and storage for outdoor equipment. Note that the photos may not match the apartment's current furnishings.
