Room for Rent in a Newly Built Apartment – Available Immediately. Located close to Fleminsberg centrum. New area in front of the university and Huddinge hospital. I am renting out a small, cozy room in my apartment, where I currently live with my two-and-a-half-year-old son. The apartment is newly built and was completed in 2026. We moved in during May 2026, so everything is still very new and in excellent condition. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, including all necessary appliances, so you do not need to bring any furniture or household equipment. The room includes a 140 cm bed and is suitable for one person. The room is available to women only. I am looking for a serious, responsible and respectful woman who is comfortable living in a quiet family home and who takes good care of the apartment and shared spaces. You will share the apartment’s common areas with me and my son, including the kitchen, bathroom and living room.
