Åstorpsringen

60 sqm | 2 rooms + kitchen | Semi-furnished | Available from early January A light, airy corner apartment with windows in three directions, a nice west-facing balcony that gets sun all afternoon and evening. It will most probably be semi-furnished. The living room has plenty of space for a large sofa and more. The kitchen is semi-open to the living room, with good counter space, lots of storage and room for a dining table by a big window. The bedroom is calm and large, with great storage. The walk-in closet in the hallway is currently set up as a home office, but works just as well for storage. The bathroom is big and has both a washing machine and a dryer. You're right next to Nytorps gärde, with its green lawns, walking paths and outdoor pool, and the Nacka Nature Reserve is close by for swimming, forest walks and jogging trails. The metro is nearby too (Hammarbyhöjden, Skärmarbrink and Blåsut), and Södermalm is just a few minutes away. Feel free to contact me :)
