Very nice 3 room apartment in central Knivsta, with large windows that provide plenty of natural sunlight when the weather allows. Very nice area for families or for easy commuting. -Location: • Supermarket, library, train station and bus stop are less than 5 min walking distance. • Less than 15 min to Uppsala central station either via Pendeltågen or Mälartåg. • Less than 35 min to Stockholm Central via Mälartåg. -Parking: • Indoor car parking available till end of November but extension possible if desired. - Furnished: • The apartment is furnished. • One of the rooms is used by a toddler, hence the bed is low. -Subletting Period: • We are going to be abroad from September 15 till end of January, therefore we are looking for a responsible tenant to take care of our place while we are abroad.
