We are looking for a considerate and easy-going person to rent a room in a cozy and welcoming 3.5-room apartment. The room overlooks a quiet backyard with large trees, where you can enjoy birdsong in the morning. You can get a feel for the shared living room and kitchen from the pictures. I’m posting and managing the ad on behalf of my flatmate, who you would be sharing the apartment with — as well as our lovely flat cat 🐈. So please keep this in mind if you have allergies! We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and enjoys sharing a home while also appreciating privacy and a calm living environment. This is more of a home than a traditional shared flat, and we value a peaceful, comfortable, and harmonious atmosphere. One important house rule: meat and poultry are not to be cooked or stored in the apartment. Vegetarian food, dairy products, and eggs are of course welcome. The apartment is in a great location, close to Folkets Park, restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and excellent public transport connections. The rent of 5000,- SEK (!) includes electricity, water, internet & furniture.
