Large mordern apartment 3 mins from the water front. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms with double-beds ~11 sq m, one smaller bedroom of 9 sq m, large open space with the kitchen and living room, and a large balcony. There are two bathrooms: a smaller bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a sink; and a larger bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, sink, washing machine, thumble dryer, and a space for hanging the washing. All rooms have plenty of storage spaces. There are duvets, pillows, linen, and towels to use. The kitchen has all necessary appliances: induction stove with the oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, strong blender, and a steam boiler. Pans and pots, plates and utensils are included. The balcony is very large and facing a backside with beautiful nature view. It has a table with 4 chairs, a long chair for relaxation and suntan, and plenty of free space for yoga or other activities. The apartment is situated in the nice quiet area of Finnboda Hamn, Nacka. 7 mins by bus from Slussen and 25 mins by SL-boat from Dramaten. Sea walk with the view on Djurgården is only 3 mins away, and there are many other nice walking areas around (you can meet a deer family from the balcony!). 15 mins by car or by bus to Nacka Reservat and Hellasgården. 10 mins by car (can also take a bus or walk) to shopping in Sickla Köpkvarter or Nacka Forum. The reason I am renting out the apartment is because I am travelling and living abroad, with occasional short visits to Stockholm.
