A furnished 12 m² room located in a quiet, beautiful area with views of Edsviken and the forest. The rent includes electricity and internet, and the building complex features a laundry room, sauna, and a small gym as well as a cottage for carpentry. The bus ride to Mörby Centrum takes about 10 minutes, followed by a roughly 12-minute subway trip to T-Centralen. There is also a bus to Sollentuna Centrum with connections to the commuter train. The room is available for short- or long-term rental starting from mid-October. The rent includes all linens, kitchen utensils, your own refrigerator, electricity, wifi, television. The room is next to the bathroom and across the hall from the kitchen. I have several extra rooms so I rent out one if them.
