Renting out my cosy flat since I’m working abroad. Some flexibility regarding dates for moving in- and out. The apartment is 55 m2 with kitchen and living room stringed together and a separate bedroom, with balcony. Everything except the bathroom was renovated 2023. The apartment is located in a calm area a few minutes from the subway and with biking distance to the city. There are a lot of parking lots on the street just outside. From the bedroom you have a nice view over Råstasjön, with perfect areas for walking or running in the nature. Close to Mall of Scandinavia, Strawberry arena, Ursvik recreation area, Hagaparken but also the cosy areas of Råsunda and Filmstaden. Wifi is included in the rent.
