**Women only – looking for a female roommate** I’m a 50-year-old woman living in a four-room apartment with my 13-year-old son, who stays with me every other week. When my son is home, there is a little more life and activity in the apartment. We usually get up around 6:45 on weekdays. When he’s away, the apartment is very quiet and peaceful. On the day my son leaves, I usually book a three-hour cleaning service to freshen up the whole apartment, including your room. Electricity, internet and cleaning supplies are included in the rent. We share the kitchen, and of course you’re welcome to use everything that is already there. When my son isn’t home, you’re also very welcome to use the living room. When he is here, things can be a little more lively and sometimes a bit messy, so it can be nice to have your own quiet space. The apartment is simple but in a fantastic/easy location. The living room faces the main street, while your room is very quiet and peaceful. It has a cosy, slightly medieval feel with stone walls. If you need a small desk and chair in your room, I can arrange that. I’m looking for a calm and friendly woman who likes to keep things clean and enjoys sharing a home with someone, while also appreciating having her own space. När min son är hemma är det lite mer liv och rörelse i lägenheten. Vi brukar gå upp runt 06.45 på vardagarna. När han inte är här är det däremot väldigt lugnt och tyst. Den dag min son åker brukar jag boka städning i tre timmar för att fräscha upp hela lägenheten, inklusive ditt rum. El, internet och städmaterial ingår i hyran. Vi delar på köket oc.
