The location is very convenient. The apartment is on Kungstensgatan, just a short walk from Odenplan station, with both pendeltåg and T-bana connections. Hemköp Wasahallen is right nearby, and ICA Sabbatsberg is also within easy walking distance. We have lived in the apartment ourselves and really love both the apartment and the area. We had originally planned to sell it, but given the current housing market we have decided to rent it out for a period instead.
