Cozy apartment close to KTH, SU and Odenplan, right at the edge of the inner city of Stockholm. You'll have supermarkets, gyms, bars and all kinds of services within 5 minutes walk in one direction, and forest trails just around the corner in the other direction. The bus stop is about 100 m away from the house and there's an outdoor gym in the neighbourhood. I will bring some furniture (and the piano) with me, but will leave the basic furniture if you wish. Wardrobes and storage will be empty for you to use. There is a laundry room in the building, and the landlord normally keeps up with any maintenance needed. There's also a spacious room for bike storage in the next building. Please write a message and let me know who you are, why you're looking for a place to stay, what your situation is today and if you have been living alone before. I will prioritize students :) and if I smell AI I simply won't bother reading -- I'd rather get an honest vibe from something not so perfect that you wrote yourself. Deposit will equal one month's rent.
