About the apartment: - Charming 1920s apartment - Newly renovated kitchen - One-minute walk to Thorildsplan metro station - Close to Fridhemsplan, with shopping centres and large grocery stores - Large courtyard, with green spaces such as Rålambshovsparken and Fredhällsklipporna nearby I am renting out the apartment as I am currently living abroad and plan to remain abroad for at least one year. Good communication is important to me, and I would like us to agree on a communication method that works well for both of us, whether that is text messages, Messenger, or email. Wi-Fi, TV, and water are included in the rent. The apartment has a gas stove, so the gas cost varies from month to month and is paid separately. Electricity is also paid separately.
