Modern 71 m² apartment built in 2021, with everything you need for comfortable living. The rent includes electricity, water, hot water, internet and TV subscription. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The apartment has a large bedroom and a separate study room. I’m looking to rent out the study room, which already has a desk and chair for a comfortable work-from-home setup. I will also provide a bed in the room. Looking for a responsible, respectful and clean working professional. Preferably a male tenant, but the most important thing is finding someone who is easy to live with. Non-smoker, no pets, and preferably no frequent visitors. Occasional weekend visitors are absolutely fine. Rental terms: 1 month’s rent paid upfront. The rental is until further notice, with at least one month’s notice if the rental needs to end.
