Restaurants, shops, the beach, Almedalen and the university are just a few minutes by walk. The 61m2 apartment has large windows that are south facing and provide generous light during the winters. The apartment has a large carpeted bedroom, modern cupboards and a 180 cm bed from Hästens. The living room is also large with an alcove that can be used as a separate study, and a 180 bed sofa.
