A beautiful home in Älmhult's calmest place for a small/big family. The house has a beautiful garden in the front. In the ground floor you have a living room, Kitchen and a hall way that leads to the first where you have three bedrooms out of which one room can be used as a office space or a workout /meditation place. Both floors have a bathroom with toilet. Groundfloor also has a laundry room. You have a open Sitting Spot at the front of the house and big covered patio at the back of the house where you can spend your evenings with friends/Family. I'm also open for a short or long term rent. Pictures attached. Rent includes the community fee Heating, Internet and Electricity seperate. That is why i have given a very affordable rent.
